Seesonnet 13 – SM @ C is a self-catering apartment located in a secure complex on the beachfront in Freeland Park. It’s within close proximity to Scottburgh’s main swimming beach, making it ideal for guests looking for a getaway along the South Coast. This first floor duplex apartment sleeps 5 guests and comprises of 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living area. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has a tri-bunk bed. Both bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The bedrooms have air-conditioning and are situated upstairs and the guest toilet is located on the lower level. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s a dining table with seating where guests can enjoy their meals together and the living area is furnished with comfortable couches and a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The sliding doors open onto the covered balcony with sun loungers where guests can unwind. Parking is available for 1 vehicle in the lock-up garage. The complex has a communal swimming pool and braai facilities that guests can use. The apartment is located close to many activities and attractions in the surrounding area. Various restaurants and shops can be found in a 5km radius.
